RETURNS

We offer refunds or exchanges for unworn, unused, undamaged items purchased at full price only within 14 days of receipt of your order.

Due to hygiene reason, we do not offer exchanges or refunds on earrings.

We do not cover costs for items returned to us, unless the order is damaged or faulty upon arrival. Customers are required to pay for postage and all fees incurred when returning the jewellery.
