All orders are shipped from NSW, Australia. Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Please take care when filling in your details, as we are unable to change a delivery address once an order has been dispatched.

For international orders, duties and taxes are occasionally incurred on package arrival and are charged in addition to international shipping costs.

Please note that the customer is responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country they are shipping to. Charges differ in each country depending on the regulations.

WHAT ARE CUSTOMS, IMPORT TAX AND DUTY PAYMENTS?

When your parcel arrives at its destination, the customs agency will make a decision as to whether or not duties and taxes have to be paid based on the item description, value of the item, and country of manufacture. All orders will come with a delivery label displayed on the parcel containing these details when processing your order.

If duties do need to be paid, the local postal or customs authority for that country will most likely get in touch with you/receiver of the parcel to organise the payment.

Payment options could include:

  • Paying online before collecting the parcel;
  • Paying in person when collecting the parcel; or
  • Paying upon the delivery of the parcel

TRACKING

All orders have a tracking number. We will provide you the tracking number once order has been dispatched. The tracking number will enable you to monitor the delivery progress of your parcel. Please note for international orders - once parcels have left Australia you will need to track your parcel via your country's postal service by quoting the same tracking number.
