All orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia. Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order.
Please note, during and after seasonal sale and promotional periods, orders may take an additional 3 business days to be dispatched.
Please take care when filling in your details, as we are unable to change a delivery address once an order has been dispatched.

For international orders, all applicable duties and taxes will be calculated and charged at checkout, so there are no surprise fees upon delivery.

TRACKING
All orders have a tracking number. We will provide you the tracking number once order has been dispatched. The tracking number will enable you to monitor the delivery progress of your parcel. Please note for international orders - once parcels have left Australia you will need to track your parcel via your country's postal service by quoting the same tracking number.
