RETURN POLICY
We offer a refund for change of mind on unworn, unused, undamaged items purchased at full price only within 14 days of receipt of your order. The amount of $10.00 will be deducted from your refund if the gift box and/or pouch is missing.
We offer exchanges on ring sizes only.
Due to hygiene regulations, we do not offer exchanges or refunds on earrings.
We do not cover costs for items returned to us, unless the order is damaged or faulty upon arrival. Customers are required to pay for postage and all fees incurred when returning the jewellery.
SALE ITEMS
All sale items or items purchased using a discount code (exclusive of our sign-up code) are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
FAULTY/DAMAGED RETURNS
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, we are more than happy to offer a full refund, or exchange. Please contact us on info@elicrishan.com with:
-proof of purchase
-description and photo of the jewellery
You must contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order for a return. You will be issued a return ID number. You must return the gift box/pouch your order was sent with.
Return freight method with a tracking number is recommended for all returns. We must receive your returned items within 20 days of issuing the return ID number. We are not responsible for returns damaged or lost in transit.
PROCESSING TIME
Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your return to be finalised after receiving the item. All funds should appear in your bank account within 5-10 business days after being processed.
